A few days ago, the Boom Bap Continuum appeared on the web, a mixtape made out of almost a decade of hip hop beats. This year’s tracks were, although in my opinion poorly mixed, a good choice to illustrate the direction experimental producers are taking right now. A label that is very dominant in this genre is Brainfeeder, with artists like Flying Lotus, Hudson Mohawke and Ras G.
Not only do I enjoy this music a lot, but I had always noticed the artwork and flyers related to this lable had some really nice illustrations and graphic design. Well, I found the collective behind this. It’s LCP, check out their portfolio! Especially the ‘Finest Elements’ series are great.

Yes, very nice indeed! Both music & imagery. One question though; my iPhone freezes up when I want to play this long mp3 file, does anyone know how I can chop it up into seperate tracks?
Dope! Gonna check it out right now.
And think of a new blogpost for Angry Men as well
